Dr. Raihan Faroqui, Head of Medical Affairs & Research at Guaranteed Health

Dr. Raihan Faroqui is an internal medicine physician and clinical neurology researcher turned repeat healthtech operator, consultant, and advisor at numerous venture capital-backed Seed + Series A startups across SaaS and tech-enabled services. He is also a mentor with the Techstars LA healthcare accelerator program. He currently serves as Head of Medical Affairs & Research at Guaranteed Health, a $10M VC-backed startup in the tech-enabled in-home hospice care delivery space modernizing the end of life experience. He previously worked at healthtech startups Perry Health and Biotia. He sits on the advisory board of 3 startups (Azra Care, Diagnoss, SmartDoctor) and has consulted for 20+ digital health startups in the last 4 years with expertise in hybrid / at-home care delivery, B2B2C payor/employer contracting, health equity implementation, AI-powered clinical workflows, and women's health.

Dr. Rami Wehbi, Host of the Beyond Medicine Podcast, Founder of Beyond Medicine Group (Now Matchday Health) and Advisor to several Digital Health start-ups. Dr. Wehbi discusses his journey from starting the Beyond Medicine Podcast as a medical student to leaving clinical medicine to pursue entrepreneurship and advising digital health start-ups full-time. Dr. Wehbi discusses the gap between physicians and medtech start-ups and how he hopes to bridge that gap with the Beyond Medicine Group, a community he founded consisting of physicians and medtech entrepreneurs.
